We visited Café Dō today after stopping off on our way to Nashville and I have say it’s an absolute must visit spot! First of all, the coffee and iced matcha was so good, it’s worth it just for that alone. It’s a family run business & we were made to feel so welcome by the owners, especially as we were visiting from Ireland. Finally, to top it all off we were lucky enough to try their ‘Donich’, which is their own invention and a cross between a donut and a breakfast sandwich. Genuinely one of the best things I’ve eaten in a long time! Do yourself a favour and make sure to stop in here for breakfast or lunch if you’re travelling along the I40, you’ll be so glad you did!

Very thoughtful pricing and the most pleasant of staff. Come here for some peace and comfort and leave with a smile. This is my kind of spot. 👌🤩

If you are in the Parsons area, you won’t find coffee and breakfast quite as good. Family owned. Espresso based coffee drinks. Great ambiance. Small town coffee shop with the standard of what you’d find in a bigger city. Go out of the way for this coffee if it comes down to it!

I was in Parsons for work, traveling from Texas, and was looking for a local coffee shop. I was told to check out Cafe Do, and I’m so glad I did! I was greeted by one of the owners, Angela, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. I told her I was looking for a coffee that was more coffee-forward and not too sweet. She recommended a seasonal drink made half sweet. I ordered the Toasty Bear, half sweet, with an extra shot of espresso, and it was excellent—perfect balance of coffee and sweetness. They also offer amazing breakfast sandwiches called doniches with sausage, bacon, or fried bologna. I’m originally from the Midwest, so the fried bologna donich caught my attention. It was sold out my first day, so I tried the sausage donich instead, which was delicious. I went back the next morning early and was able to get the fried bologna donich—and it was hands down my favorite. The flavor was perfectly savory with just a touch of sweetness. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend both the coffee and the doniches. Everything was fantastic, and Angela and her family made the experience even better with their kindness and hospitality.

Honestly, I was passing through Parsons while out recruiting and found this spot. Definitely took it as a good sign seeing how clean and calm it was outside and even more so inside. I asked about recommendations and the fact they have sandwiches with chips that you can grab and go is really cool! Especially if you’re on the go a lot like myself. I grabbed the Macha with Vanilla Cinnamon and this would put the big dogs like Starbucks or Dunkin to shame! Great customer service and if you’re in Parsons and looking for a short stop to take a breath, highly recommend stopping here. They do close a little bit after 13:00 so keep that in mind too.
